SELECTION & STORAGE

Choose corn with a bright green husk, wrapped tightly against the corn and slightly damp. Store corn in the crisper section of the refrigerator for up to a week. Shuck the corn right before you plan on using it to keep the corn from drying out.

PREP & USE

Remove the husk and clean the silk off the corn. Rinse the corn in cold water to prepare for cooking.
