Sweet Corn Salsa

  • 1 4-pack of GloriAnn Corn
  • ½ diced red onion
  • 3-4 diced Jalapeños (Depending on heat preference)
  • ½ cup of minced cilantro
  • Juice from 3 limes
  • Salt to taste
Sweet Corn Salsa

Clean and boil corn until cooked. Let cool until cool to touch. Strip corn kernels from cob into a medium bowl and mix kernels with onion, jalapeños, cilantro and lime juice. Stir in salt a teaspoon at a time until reaching desired flavor.
