1 stick softened butter or margarine
1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
2 tablespoon shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tablespoon shredded cheddar cheese
1 tablespoon shredded romano cheese
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
Place softened butter and other ingredients in a bowl. With a hand mixer or food processor, combine until smooth.
Place the butter into a plastic baggie and roll into a tube-like shape, place in the freezer and freeze until solid.
When ready to use, remove from the freezer and handle like your regular table butter. You can cut the frozen butter easily to only use the amount needed. The frozen butter will keep fresh in the freezer for up to 6 months.
